I added 2 extra chips of RAM (512MB each) that we
had available and her computer is much more
responsive now. I was with her and checked that
everything works and she was happy.

problems since. I offered to go help her recreate

I did a ton of updates (Firefox, Windows, Java,
Adobe). I logged in to the web mail and didn't
have any issues. She will be back on Tuesday and
I'll check with her if everything works.

Leonard was calling for Nancy France.  She is not 
able to reply to any emails.  They think it's 
related to the fan in her computer, it keeps 
getting louder and louder.  See Leonard for the
