It could be an issue with IE, does the same
problem happen in Firefox?

If not, then you can go to tools, internet
options, click advanced, and at the bottom, reset
the browser settings.

Then, go to start, run and type:
\\mash.wou.edu\netlogon\homepage.vbs to reset the
homepage to wou.edu.

Let me know if this addresses your issue.

ldap-usr.pl says alias exists, and email is
active, perhaps is a browser issue

Bryan,

Which student email is it?  I can run a script
that checks to see if their email account is
enabled, and that they have a mail alias.

going to a student WOU address.

Can't reply to emails - has restarted the machine 
and that did not help.  Just can't reply to 
emails.
