she's working now so not sure if we need to do

Teresa,

Her computer is now connected to the network.  
The network cable was not plugged in all the way, 
and was much too long.  I went ahead and put a 
new shorted one in there for her.

ear Teresa:

I'm sorry to have to bring this to you, but my 
computer networking has been down since late last 
week (while I can use it the computer, anything 
that requires a network is not working: I have no 
Internet access, I cannot print using the 
Humanities printer, etc).

I have tried calling the help desk many times, 
and sent them my office hours, but after a whole 
week of this, I'm losing my patience. They can go 
to my office and fix whatever's wrong without my 
having to be there -- Debbie in the Humanities 
Office can unlock the door for them, and then 
they don't have to schedule the visit only during 
my office hours.

Please let me know if there's something I should 
be doing to get this fixed.

When she tries to log on, her computer locks up on
her, then with cntrl alt delete, it goes to her
desktop, then "the server is not found" pops up
when she tries to access her internet.
