Hey Teresa.  Right after I sent the last update 
to you at 4:45, I received my first allfac/staff 
msg!  I don't know what that means (unless you 
are magical!).  Please don't close the request 
yet as the issue might not be totally solved, but 
I feel like it's an encouraging sign.

Hello, Teresa,

RE:  39398

I received a phone call from Ron S. on 10/26 
saying that he attempted a fix for my issue.  
However, I am still not receiving any 
allfac/staff messages (I do get faculty only 
messages), so I left Ron a phone message on 
10/27.  I have not heard back.  I have not 
received any allfac/staff messages since 9/22/10.

So, the short story is that the service request 
has not been resolved.  Any help you can give 
would be much appreciated.

called and said that the President sent out all
fac/staff emails and she has not received them.
She has not changed any of her settings she has
just stopped getting them. She stopped getting the
emails mid day on September 23rd.
