Hey this is Jordan with the UCS. I'm emailing in regards to the 
service request for installing CS5. I must have missed you this 
morning, so I was just checking to see when we could set up 
another time to install the software. It usually takes about an 
hour and a half to install, (crazy isn't it), so I just wanted to make 
sure we had enough time. If you want, one of the techs, or 
myself could meet you right before you go home, so that we 
could work on it and not waste your time. Thank you again, and 
I'm sorry that I missed you this morning.
