He called back and said that he does not think the
problem was solved.  The original task he called
about was a problem saving documents to his 'my
documents' folder on his desktop.  Now the folder
has disappeared from his desktop.  I informed him
he was getting his computer replaced and he wanted
someone to contact him with a time frame for that.

This will be on counter in ITC008 with GFA Setup 
form,  Since he is having problems with his 
current 2004 station it is a high priority but 
should be fairly simple as the only additional 
software he asked for is iTunes which should be 
part of the current standard desktop image

Ken has been able to save files to his computer
and to his h drive, Now when he goes to save files
to his computer and the h drive they stay on the h
drive but they do not stay on his computer. He
would like to have it changed back to the way that
the computer was.  He wants to have the main place
that he is saving to be on his computer. Not to
the Hdrive. he dose not know why it has been changed.
