Used teamviewer to remote in to her system, and
fix the shell folders in the registry, reinstalled
the software and it works

office, and what the WOU# is on the tower if it
is? Make sure you get the number off the bar code
on your tower and not your monitor. If you have

Hi there,
I was trying to install TurningPoint on my office
computer, and I ran into some sort of glitch.
It seemed to download okay, but when I try to open
the program, it just opens Power Point without a
TurningPoint toolbar at the top of the page.
I've tried reloading the program & restarting the
computer but it continues to have this issue.
I've talked to other people in my dept who had the
same problem; Karen Bledsoe said that Brian from
UCS was able to fix it for her. She said that
"something was located where it shouldn't be, and
TurningPoint wasn't accessing something else that
had to be moved".

Any insight would be helpful- thanks.
