Hi Brian -
I double checked, and from the login screen there
is no indication of time/date so I can tell if
that's the issue.

We will need to have a technician come and replace
the battery in that system, and set its network
time location to point to our time server on the
network.  Do you notice the time/date reading
January 2000 when you attempt to log in?

This is a computer located in the library, none of
the other Mac's are having this issue.

The computer will not connect to the Mac network,
only the Windows network. They have tried
restarting the computer, but it didn't help.
