ran the registry fix on both of their profiles,
had then log out and log back into the computer,
and they could log into the site just fine.

Teresa,

I can access them on my computer - I was trying 
to sign on to a computer in the squad room to fix 
an issue with the report program, and it's not 
working up there.  The officers are having an 
issue accessing the case report program on the 
computer on the east wall.

I changed the priority to high priority because
Public Safety is open 24/7 and this computer is in
constant use.  The officers need to use it to
enter in reports.  She said it needs to be fixed
today.

Nancy called and said that the computer upstairs
is not letting any of the officers in.  She can
usually fix this problem by fixing some settings,
but she is unable to access the computer herself.
 He is able to log in, but none of her favorites
or shortcuts show up, including the shortcuts she
had saved in her I:.  She tried to restart her
computer but that did not fix the problem.
