There is a Netbook (laptop) for checkout that is
not working correctly.  The laptop will turn on
but Windows will not start.  It goes to a screen
that says 'Windows was unable to start
successfully.  A hardware/software change may have
caused this.'  She clicks on 'start windows
normally'  and then it opens up Windows XP, and
then turns to a blue screen and then a black
screen and another Windows XP screen, and then
back to the original page that says 'Windows was
unable to start successfully.' This has only
started happening today.
