went over. she was logged into terminal server and
i asked her to show me where she went when the
warning popped up but she couldnt show me exactly.
 I checked her computer also but couldnt find
anything wrong.

receiving a error regarding a virus.  Wants to 
know if she wants to save or run an .exe file.
