Clear all your history in Firefox (Tools > Clear
Recent History > and clear everything). Next, go
to http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/ and download and
install the latest version of Firefox. That should
resolve the issue. Let me know otherwise.

Elisa,

Have you tried a different browser, other than
FireFox, such as Internet Explorer or Safari? 
Also, is your FireFox up-to-date? There doesn’t
appear to be any issues with the mail system at
this point in time, so I am wondering if this may
be a computer/browser issue.  Let me know.

When Elisa opens her email she is not able to see
the body of her email. When she clicks on it twice
to open it to full screen she does not see it
there either. She would like to have someone come
and take a look.
