I had to reset the printer and the job that they were printing 
was to big and crashing the printer.

Hi Teresa,

This service request has been open since Oct 12th 
and we desperately need this printer up and 
running again is there any way to expedite this 
service?
I have a program this morning and will be away 
from the office, but the printer is in APSC 408 
and has a post it note on it.

49-2f01 service error is coming up on the color
laser jet printer that in the admissions office.
