She is having the same problem, she gets an error
message "no boot device available, strike F1 to
restart boot" When she tries to reboot it says
"no boot device available" This message keeps
recycling.

When she tried unplugging it from the wall this
time, it isn't working.

inventory shows it as a student tech fee machine,
did someone give that system to her and not update
inventory?

Hi, this is Gabe with UCS, and I am emailing you
to see when you will be available for a tech to
come by and look at your computer problem for you.
You can also try pulling the power cord on the
back of your computer for about 30 seconds and
plugging it back in. If it still doesn't turn on,
call us back at ext 88925 and someone will come
help you.

She said that they had a power hit today and now
her computer will not start up. She tried to re-
boot and it says something about hitting F1 to
finish the boot up and she does that and then
nothing happens at all.
