I went to her office and checked the printer. It
is online and working, however it wasn't her
default printer. There was another printer
installed on her computer that was listed as
offline, and I suspect she was trying to print to it.

It says printer is offline, even though she has
checked it and seen that its not offline. She has
tried restarting both the printer and the
computer, and checked all the connections.
