He asked Katie to talk to her boss so I lucked 
out and got to talk to him.  He said he just 
needs the "admin password" so he can download 
some software.  I told him we don't just have 
that password and then we would change the 
priority for him and help him as soon as 
possible.  He would like help immediately.
