from what she could see.

Janet computer has been crashing at least 6 times
a day since her computer has been returned to get
since the 12. No boot device available strike F1
re-boot or F2 to set up. If she does that it
freezes up A problem has been detected and Windows
has been shut down for protection. 
So she has to tun off her computer and restart it
every time.
