When Brad got his new computer it is missing his bookmarks and his 1,000 or so addresses that he desperately needs back. Another problem is when they install video analysis program it is not getting along with Sophos. It's holding up 2 files and is saying - insuffient error message. So they have the two issues with this, the program not running and missing bookmarks and addresses.	Add Attachment
