Hi Katherine,
This is Lance from UCS and I'm emailing in regards
to your task about the key on your laptop. We also
noticed a few other problems with the laptop when
we had it earlier. I have contacting you to see if
and when you might have time to swap with a loaner
so we can have the laptop fixed. This will require
it to go to the Mac store or we might be able to
have an Apple tech stop by. If you have a time
where you do not need your laptop and can use a
loaner please let us know and we can get the
laptop fixed. The warranty on the laptop still has
a couple years so it is not a rush.

we told her that the computer probably wouldn't be
back from apple care by monday like she wanted so
she asked us to give it back to her and pick it up
next monday.

delivered our macbook to her

She will be ready to swap at 9am tomorrow

find a loaner for monday so we can send hers in.

She doesn't understand what you wanted her to do.
 She is in her office today and has class at 5.

It is her caps-lock key.

popped off and she can't get it to stay on.  It's 
the computer she has or uses.
