They use a program that does case reports and 
every few days the program becomes disabled.  
Nancy logs with her admin password and then it 
works for a few days and then the program becomes 
disabled again and she'd like to know why it 
keeps happening.  But a bigger problem today, the 
computer won't even open up a webpage (IE).

Program is case report program that keeps being 
disabled and losing a link.
