one of her cables was loose, and i had to switch
one of the inputs for the DVI.

She called to say that her monitor is not working 
at all.  She can hear her computer turn on but 
the monitor will not turn on at all.  The WOU # 
for the computer is 20060221[Edit Inv] and the monitor is 
20060268[Edit Inv].  She can't work and would like help 
asap.
