He is not using Banner from the Portal any more. I

He is still having issues. It is when he tries to
sync the password to the portal.

He used account lookup to sync his passwords
again. He says it did take him three tries..

Dorothy reset his password and he is going to try
to re-sync it with the portal.

I called Dorothy to see if she would reset his
password. He did map it with the portal, but there
are no special characters, so he is going to call
Dorothy back to reset the password.
