So they are having trouble pulling up Michael 
Hampton's calendar with Outlook.  In the process 
she lost she calendar in webmail.  The same is 
for Jennifer Hansen who uses Outlook.  So Donna 
has access to Michael on webmail.  But with 
Outlook she can't view Jennifer Hansens.  
Basically her old calendar is all gone.  She 
tried to export it from Outlook into her webmail 
but it didn't work.
