Set her password using pwmod mode to what she
thought it was and it works now.  Granted her
admin rights to the computer.

Amy is a new employee and she has reset her
password and tried to access her information. She
is now not able to get to anything. She is not
sure on what to do. she is not able to log into
her computer.
