Amy,

The printer PE-HPE on BART should show up for
anyone logging into those computers if they are
staff or faculty for your department.

It may take up to 20 minutes for these changes to
fully propagate, or you can go to Start, Run and
type: gpupdate /force and click OK. Log out or
restart as directed, and the next login should map
that printer.

Thanks,

SoDale is out tell Friday so I can't have him do
a followup so we need to get the two new PC
stations W#20091299[Edit Inv] and 20091300[Edit Inv] in NPE115 to be
able to print to HPE.WOU.EDU they were set up to
print to the one in the hallway initially but
they need to be setup to print to the HPE Office
printer primarily because that is were they are
located (NPE115)
