She is using Firefox, and she is accessing it
through webmail. Her problem is reoccurring, where
she allows permissions to her colleges to view and
add to her calendar, but it still will not let
them do it. It was a problem she opened a ticket
for earlier and it was fixed, but shes not sure if
the problem resolved itself or if someone fixed it
because she never heard from anyone.
