I put new ink cartridges in the printer and it is
back up and running.

It is printing but leaving a lot of black places
on the paper.  not everything is getting on the page.

I worked on this printer for them.  They installed
the print head wrong and kinked an ink line.  I
was able to fix everything and they are back up
and running.

persists and she still needs this to be fixed.

HP printer that may have a problem with the
interface and the cartridges. Niki change the ink
cartridge and it is saying that there is no black
ink. she changed it out again and it was saying
the same. She works with a former HP Printer
specialist and he thinks that it is an interface
issue. The printer is located in NS 105
