I went to take the printer to work on it. It was
disassembled and I took all the parts that I could
find around it. It's on my desk.

They had someone come to service the toner on this
printer, and that person told her that the printer
was broken. That was two weeks ago, and nothing
has been done about it. She would really like this
to be fixed so students can use this printer again.
