They have been set up with a new color printing
ability through there copy machine.  The printer
is going to get recycled.

it is and when it will be back.

She called today. Someone came and took the 
printer from their office and was supposed to fix 
it and bring it back. But they haven't heard 
anything from us and they are wondering where the 
old printer has gone and when it will be coming 
back fixed.

The printer is still jamming.  The printer hasn't
been functioning for almost 3 months now.

I checked the Diagnostics page on the printer and
it showed several firmware errors. Most likely it
needs to be flashed.

She called again, a little adamant that no one has
fixed this yet. She wants this to be done as soon
as possible, or would like someone to talk to her
about it in the very least.
