Status changed from (1) Pending to (5) Completed

The door is always open so someone can come in to
fix this error anytime.

I asked her to open her task manager and end the
task, so she is able to use her computer for the
time being, but unless she does this, she is
unable to proceed on her computer, since that
program is constantly shooting errors and refusing
to close.
She also says she tried to hard boot her computer
when she came in to the office this morning to try
to resolve the issue, but it didn't help.
This is not a program she installed or tried to
install. She doesn't recognize it and doesn't knwo
where it came from.
