Teresa, Adam was working on this and it appears 
that he got it fixed.  We are not getting the 
extra page any longer.  However, my other lazer 
printer still is not working - Service Request # 
40245 that I called in last friday (11/5).  Any 
idea when it might get fixed???

After the power went out the printer will not warm
all the way up. it sits there and says that it is
initializing. Julie has let the printer sit for
about a half hour after the power went out. She
does not know what to do now. She has also
unplugged it and plugged it back in.
