A new staff member, Isabella Knight is unable to
access the software called NueSoft. They tried
downloading it, but she was unable to, and they
believe (from past experience) that the reason is
either something with java, or because she needs
to be the network administrator.  The new staff
member is a counselor in Room 133. Her computer
WOU# is 20050986[Edit Inv].  Also, she is in and out of
counseling appointments during the day, so this
will have to be scheduled.
