Went over and scanned from the mac side and
windows side with no problem.  The scan button on
the scanner doesn't work on the windows side, but
it works on the mac side.

went over to check on this and someone was using
it. Its the mac in the reference area closest to
the window.

Scanner says it is not connected.  When she tries
to open the Epson scanner program on the computer,
it gives error messages saying it cannot start and
needs IT troubleshooting.
