Hi Isaac,

We were just checking in with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you  (#40319)

This was in regards to wireless in NPE working 
off and on.  On Friday afternoon, our technician 
installed a new wireless access point in that 
area of the building and we were wondering if 
things have improved and your wireless connection 
is working better?  If you could let us know the 
bad news or the good news, that would be great!

I installed another access point about halfway
done the second floor hallway.  Paul just needs to
setup the port on the switch for it.

We are working on this.  Nathan is going to try 
and add another access point to the 2nd floor to 
see if it helps.  It appears it's not the signal 
strength but I also have let Paul know that this 
keeps happening in case he has any other thoughts.

As he moves toward the stairs he receives a
signal, but back at his office the signal is not
received.
