Tom,

Your system had a few issues, there was a static
DNS server mapping that looked like it was left
over from the TRI domain days, and that is the
primary reason you couldn't map drives.  I had a
student work on it, and he was able to map all
drives before we left.

Also, Firefox was outdated, Flash Players were
outdated, and Adobe Reader was outdated.  All of
these have been patched.

Please let me know if you continue to have problems.

He has rebooted the computer and that didn't help 
and then also did a hard re-boot and no help.

Starting yesterday he can't access the I drive.

I/TRI drive.  He can't access his own drive and 
email and all just not the I TRI drive.
