He was entered data into Excel spreadsheet when
his computer automatically (without him touching
anything) started scrolling down to the bottom of
the page and kept trying to scroll down.  He
promptly shut his computer off and back on, and it
didn't fully turn back on.  It is stuck on a
startup screen that says Dell OptiPlex, and it is
making a clicking noise.  He planned to enter a
lot of grades into his computer today and would
like this looked at as soon as possible.
