It was a communication error between printer and
computer. Disconnected USB, restarted printer and
Print Spooler service. It works.

Debbie called back to say she's back in the 
office now and will be available.

She called and is in the office today until noon.
 She said the printer was doing something weird
(she had legal size paper that got jammed and when
she pulled it out the rollers wouldn't stop
spinning) so she unplugged a cord and then plugged
it back in.  It went offline.  When she pulls up
the list of printers/faxes it says offline.  

she is sick and away from the office. I left a VM
to call us back when she is available

The printer in her office say it is off line. The 
brinter is 20040945 the computer it is attached 
to is 20090513. She is going home and hopes to be 
here on Wednesday
