I checked with her again, and the power problem
has been resolved.

Her office didn't have any power (except for the
ceiling lights). I called Physical Plant and spoke
to Jake, who said he'll go over there and check
the breakers.

its very important this gets fixes asap because
she isn't able to use her computer at all.

I did have her try a couple of things while I was
on the phone with her, but from the sound of it,
the power supply isn't working. No lights
flickered in her office, and no one else is having
any issues with their computers or any other
electrical equipment in their offices. 

The computer in her office will not turn on, and
it is possible the breaker flipped or the power
surge protector isn't working.
