No problems as of late.  I told her I would be
closing the call.

I sat with Winnie this morning.  I duplicated the
error that says something about "you've been
disconnected remotely...".

Repeated attempts to connect seemed successful.
I asked her to keep a log of when it did not work,
and asked for to try 2-3 more times and record the
result.  IF she was unsuccessful after 3-4
attempts, then I asked her to call/email me.

I will check-in with her the first week of Winter
Term.

captcha issues, not a portal/password problem

She says she has had to do this over three times.
She doesn't log into portal very often, but would
like this problem fixed so she doesn't have to
reset her password every time she needs to log in.

She has to keep going to account look up and
resetting her password and then she can log into
portal, but its only lets her log in once before
she needs to reset her password again.
