Removed the virus and had to create a new profile
for her.

xp anti malware 2011 has been installed onto her
computer and it is not letting her access the
internet. It is telling her that she needs to
install a program to take care of the issue. She
is not able to open fire fox and Sophos does not
see that there is an issue. She does not know what
to do. They also cannot use IE. When she tries it
gives her a firewall error.
