Kurtis Kidd's computer is wanting to download the
windows updates. When he goes to down load the
updates it says that it has completed. The next
time that he turns on the computer it says that
the same for updates need to be downloaded and
installed again. This has been happening for a
while now. He is able to access the internet but
is not why it is not installing the updates.
