regards to your task where your laptop battery is
not working as well as it use to. I have been
searching through our storage and i have been
unable to locate a battery that will work for you
laptop. You should still be able to get a working
one through a purchase request. If you have any

the 6000 model battery is slightly different than
the 6400 and it wont fit

Needs to order a new battery, they only have a 1
year warranty.  Having the WOU# so we could see
what model, and try a identical battery (if we
have one) first.
