switched the wireless manager from dell to
windows. uninstalled at&t and mcafee software.
updated sophos

I asked him again what was going on and he said 
that when he selects wireless it pops off and on 
so fast, he can't change it.  It sometimes takes 
15 times to be fast enough to view the screen.  
He said if you have any questions you can call 
him on his cell #.

He has just dropped off the laptop.  It's on my 
desk and he will be back at 3:00 or so to pick it 
up.  His cell # is  503-936-2009.  He would also 
like to remove all the AT&T wireless programs, he 
is no longer using this service.

Hi Roy,

That is funny timing!

Yes, I think we can work on that.  The only 
little snag is it's the first week of Winter Term 
so the to do list for the tech's is rather long 
but if you would like to drop it off around 9:00 
we will do our best to take care of it by 3:00 
for you.

Teresa,
  What a coincidence.  I was going to call in the 
morning and see if I could drop my Lap top off in 
your shop about 9 AM on Thursday and pick it up 
about 3 PM the same day.
  I only come to the University about once a 
month for one day.  I think it is a simple fix 
and maybe any upgrades I need. 
  Will this work?

Needs to have his AT&T old stuff removed from his 
old laptop connect card.  The other issue is 
wireless - will not let him connect to WOU 
wireless.
