Nancy called me to check the status because it's 
a big problem.  I told her I would change the 
priority to high and let Adam know.  I also told 
her it was just called in yesterday afternoon.

Her and others in the department are having
problems printing.  On her list, the printer says
it is offline.  This has started happening today.
