Her new printer is ready to be delivered and set up

I reinstalled all the drivers for the printer. The
issue keeps reoccurring. She can print single page
documents, but not multiple pages. It will not
even print a single page if the document has more
than one page.

This printing issue has been happening for the
last month, off and on.
Someone came to her office once before and the
printer worked then so nothing could be done, but
it does keep occurring. 

It will let her print a 1-2 page doc, but it will
not print anything longer than that.
