I got explorer.exe running again and fixed a time
issue. The user wasn't there to test that it was
working for me but I told the woman at the front
desk to call us if there where still problems.

Since the power supply was changed just a half
hour ago, her computer is not working.  When she
turns it on, it partially loads the desktop and
then nothing else can be done. 
 

replaced power supply.

Priority changed from (3) Priority to (2) High Priority.

She will be in the middle of something and the
computer just goes blank and turns off.  The power
button flashes orange and blinks.  It has done it
with multiple programs she has opened.  All
started about 2 weeks ago but only did it for a
couple days and has been acting up starting today
again.
