He is not happy! Very adamant and angry that this
computer is not working. He says it is essential
that this get taken care of ASAP! He would like a
tech to come by and take a look at it right away,
says there is no need to call just come over-then
hung up.

Student computer down the hall is not booting. It
prompts to boot in safe mode, but then will not.
