Fixed this printer. Canceled the job and then
reset the printer.

Called in trying to figure out a time when someone
would be over. They are trying to work on some
projects that require a printer. Trying to figure
out if it was going to be today or tomorrow.

over 24 hours. They have cancel the job on their
end of the computer but they need to get it unstuck.
