She just got a new computer. Every time she logs
onto wou portal and then tries to access banner,
it will not allow her to do so. She gets error pop
up messages that go away quick. "Dont panick" and
"temporary log in page" are parts of what she was
able to read of the pop ups. Also she tried
restarting her computer, but nothing changed.
