She called back to say Mike Ross fixed it for 
her.  We are going to close the ticket for now 
and will re-open the ticket if it happens again.

Tried re-booting and unplugged everything and 
that did not help.  Not able to do any work.  
Computer won't come up and the monitor lights are 
staying yellow.
